The most heavenly place on earth - Lake Powell

There is nothing more stunning than the beauty of Lake Powell!!
It looks great with the new boat :)

This is the cut out that they dug so that you didn't have to take that awful, LONG, trip
through the San Juan River.  It was SOOOO much faster!
This cut away could probably handle 2 house boats at a time.  It was 28 feet deep, but
dropping fast.

I think Camryn and Justin are a little intimidated wakeboarding behind the new boat.
The wake is much bigger and it throws you much higher than they are comfortable with.
Good thing that they LOVE to surf.  They played with the fins on the back to give it more
play to do tricks.
This wave was higher than the back of the boat by probably 6 inches.

Notice that Camryn is ABOVE the boat!

Justin in only 1/2 way down the wave and it is knee high there.

Look how high above the back of the boat Justin is!!!!

Better than surfing in Hawaii!!

We taught most everyone how to surf.  Holden and his friend Sam picked it up fast.

 Holden even threw the rope!

Bryce thought he have a try!

Joan wore his dew rag for him!

Bryce got up......for a little ride.

But decided Body surfing was just as fun without the work!

Joan decided to bag standing up and just do some body surfing

I think she liked it!

It just kills me how high up Camryn is!

Kyle's girlfriend Marley brought paddle boards.

We didn't have them pumped up all the way at first.

Dad using our yellow saddles :)

A boat full!!!

Marley learns!

Kyle and Marley

Now we are getting creative.  Paddle board surfing behind a jet ski!!

I guess it was fun!

One of Cam's amazing hair days!

Sunset over Warm Creek Bay

Even time for a little fishing

Getting ready for the "glow stick party"
Goods brought all kinds of glow sticks and the kids made whatever they wanted with them.

Then we went swimming with them.  Kyle got creative and cut them open and
proceeded to sprinkle them all over the deck and everyone around!
Looked awesome!

Saturday trip to Rainbow bridge
Can you see how excited Camryn was for the 3 hour boat ride

Look how far down the water is!!

This year it was a hike to get to the arch.
It was at least 120 degrees on the path up to the arch.

This shows how low the lake is.  This is looking back from the arch.
DRY, DRY, DRY

It looks better when the water is underneath it,
but it is still just beautiful.

This is a picture of us at the bridge in August of 2007
There wasn't water all the way up this year either.

The other Froerer's on the boat!

Love this picture of Todd!

It was a great trip.  No injuries, no sunburns, just lots of sunshine and blue water!
